MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

TheorieBank User Agreement

This user agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between each user ("User" or "You") who wishes to use our services through TheorieBank's online theory exams app and website ("Service") and TheorieBank ("We" or "Company").

1. Scope of the Service
   1.1. TheorieBank provides users with preparation materials for various theory exams and allows them to participate in online theory exams.
   1.2. With the help of the Service, the User can prepare for theory exams and take online tests.

2. Use of the Service
   2.1. Users may only use the Service for lawful purposes. Misusing the Service, engaging in illegal activities, or preventing others from using the Service is prohibited.
   2.2. Users must use the Service by sharing personal information and respecting the privacy of others.
   2.3. Users must behave in accordance with societal norms and the law when using the Service.

3. Account Security
   3.1. Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure and not sharing them with others.
   3.2. Users must take necessary measures to protect their accounts from unauthorized access.
   3.3. Users must notify TheorieBank immediately if they notice a security breach of their account.

4. User Data
   4.1. TheorieBank processes and stores user data under its privacy policy.
   4.2. Users agree to the use and storage of the data collected by TheorieBank.

5. User Responsibility
   5.1. Users accept their responsibility when using the Service. TheorieBank is not responsible for users' exam results or other usage outcomes.
   5.2. Users are not entitled to compensation from TheorieBank for damages suffered due to using the Service.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   6.1. Users may request a refund within a certain period after purchase if they are dissatisfied with the Service. The cancellation and refund policy is outlined on the TheorieBank website.

7. Service Changes
   7.1. TheorieBank reserves the right to modify the content and features of the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
   8.1. TheorieBank owns the intellectual property rights for all materials used in the Service.
   8.2. Users must respect TheorieBank's intellectual property rights when using the Service.

9. Amendments to the Agreement
   9.1. TheorieBank reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
   9.2. Amendments to the Agreement will take effect upon publication on the TheorieBank website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all previous agreements and arrangements regarding the use of the Service.
